I’m usually pretty quick to respond, within a day or two, but if I’m out filming somewhere without much service, it may take me a little longer. Either way, I’ll get back to you as soon as I can!

What Happens Next?

  • My goal to understand the story, the audience, what you’re trying to make, and what success could like for the project

  • Usually 20–30 minutes is plenty to talk through the idea, scope, timing, budget, and whether I’m the right fit for what you’re envisioning.

  • If it feels like a good match, I’ll come back with a clear creative approach, production scope, deliverables, timeline, and we’ll finalize your budget.

  • Pre-production, filming, editing, feedback, final delivery. My aim is to keep the process collaborative, organized, pretty straightforward and fun!

Before our call...

You absolutely don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. That’s part of what I’m here for!

But if you happen to know any of the following, it’s always helpful:

  • What are we making? Brand film, athlete story, campaign, social pieces, photography, something else?

  • Who needs to see it? Customers, outdoor enthusiasts, retailers, internal teams, investors?

  • Where will it live? Organic social, paid media, website, broadcast, events?

  • When does it need to be finished?

  • Where are we filming?

  • What budget are we working with?

Budget especially helps!!
It doesn’t lock us into anything. It simply helps me design the right production instead of proposing a $40,000 solution to a $15,000 problem - or leaving good ideas on the table when there’s room to do something bigger.
