Who I’ve Worked With
From story to screen.
-
Who could carry this story? What matters to them, and why would your audience care? We begin with research and conversations, then shape a treatment around a person and a clear point of view. There’s a plan for the film, with room for life to surprise us along the way.
-
Thoughtful interviews and time with people in their own world form the foundation. I direct and shape the visual approach, combining cinematic imagery with a documentary sensitivity. Crew size, sound, lighting and production support are chosen around the subject, locations and scope, so the process supports the story.
-
The edit finds the emotional thread: character, tension, discovery and the details that make a person memorable. We plan feedback and finishing together. Alongside the main documentary, the scope can include trailers, social cutdowns, shorter versions, captions and formats for your campaign. Deliverables are agreed around how the work will be used.
-
A founder’s purpose, a community’s experience or a person whose work reflects your values can become the center of a film. Documentary storytelling is an approach, not an industry restriction. I work with brand teams and agency creatives across sectors, based in Colorado and available for stories further afield.

Every production is custom-scoped around creative, shoot days, crew, deliverables, licensing and post-production. We agree on the approach, responsibilities and review process before the shoot. Share your idea, audience, timing and where the films will be used; include a brief or budget range if you have one.
