Bouldering in Puerto Rico
How it Began…
This last fall, I took a trip to Puerto Rico with Noah Kane and Jaidon Lalor to do some on the ground research for a documentary we'll be shooting there when COVID concerns are no longer an issue. We ventured out to the southeastern end of the island to an area called Yabucoa to do some bouldering (rock climbing on big boulders) and I took the camera along for some fun.
I never anticipated for this footage to go anywhere but I figured it'd be fun to let these clips see the light of day :)
I threw together this short film to give a glimpse into what we did in our free time when we were in Puerto Rico...

He has produced films for Outside Magazine in Ireland, camera operated for Netflix in the Rocky Mountain West, photographed among indigenous communities in Peru and Ecuador, directed videos with professional climbers in Mexico and has received notable recognition in his hometown of Orcas Island in Washington State for his work telling uplifting stories in the outdoor space.
